Animal Chiropractic
Trupanion pet insurance offers the Recovery and Complementary Care Rider as additional coverage. This package expands core coverage to include complementary care like Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Behavioral Modification & Therapy, Homeopathy, Hydrotherapy, Naturopathy, and Physical Therapy. The treatments it covers are often used in combination with traditional veterinary medical and surgical therapies to assist in the treatment of injuries and illnesses.
It must be recommended by your veterinarian and provided by or under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian or a qualified professional (e.g., a registered and credentialed member.) The Trupanion policy covers 90% of the actual cost of care related to an accident or illness; including diagnostic tests, treatments, hospitalizations, medical supplies, and medications, with no limit on how much reimbursement you can receive. Trupanion does not assist with any condition that is notated or showed signs or symptoms of manifesting within the 18 months prior to enrollment (if available or applicable) through to the waiting periods.
McCarthy Chiropractic Inc is not paneled with any commercial insurances (except VA/TriWest). All treatments are patients’ financial responsibility. However, if you have an HSA/FSA card or CareCredit, you can use it to pay for care!
