Fix Me Up Coach! Sports Recovery

30 min – $100 Active athletes require active recovery to maintain optimal performance.  Using targeted techniques, tools and modalities, our Sports Recovery Experience focuses care on the “trouble spots” most athletes develop through repetitive motion.  We begin with red light therapy to reduce inflammation to the areas experiencing pain.  If required, we loosen any tight or sticky fascia with our Double Up massage roller, prepping the body for a deep adjustment.  We then adjust any bones or joints that aren’t moving properly, and finish by supporting the newly adjusted areas with athletic tape.  You’ll be back to throwing, jumping, skating, or any other favorite activity in no time!
